Our Process
1. Growing
Our olive trees are cultivated in the fertile soils of Tunisia, nourished by the Mediterranean sun and tended with care throughout the year. We focus on traditional, sustainable farming methods that preserve the integrity of the land while enhancing the richness of the fruit.
2. Harvesting
Olives are handpicked at peak ripeness to ensure maximum flavor, freshness, and nutritional value. This careful timing is essential to producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Only the best olives are selected — firm, healthy, and free of defects.
3. Milling
Immediately after harvest, the olives are cold-pressed within hours to preserve their natural aroma, color, and antioxidant properties. The result is a premium extra virgin olive oil that is full-bodied, vibrant, and true to its origin.
